Greens & Eggs : Simple Keto

Make yourself a balanced keto meal with greens for fiber and eggs for protein and fat.

You Need:

  • A sliced cucumber for its soluble fiber and making you feel full.
  • Dark leafy greens.
  • Paste : This is simply a combination of aromatic (like cumin, fennel or mustard seeds) roasted or raw blended with fried gram. Blend in curry leaves or coriander for more flavor and little coconut for fun. You can adjust the quantity of each depending on which you like more. Don’t worry about what you add or skip.
  • Boiled Eggs.

Saute the paste preferably in mustard oil. When fragrant, add in the greens. Do this in batches so that the pan does not overflow. Saute on medium heat till all the greens are cooked. You can stop this at any point. Simply chew a leaf or two. If it tastes done, its done. There are no rules.

Combine the cucumber, greens and eggs in a nice stylish way and enjoy an incredibly low calorie but super healthy meal or snack.
