Plum Chicken

You Need:

  • Two boneless chicken things.
  • Coriander leaves
  • Two Green chilies.
  • Ginger about 2 cms square
  • Olive Oil.
  • Plums, about 7 or 8, de-seeded.

Grind up the coriander, ginger and green chilly. Coat the chicken with this paste and olive oil. Place chicken in a glass baking dish. Into a pre-heated oven at 180 C for 30 mins.

Mix in the plums and back into the oven for another 10 minutes.

Now switch to top only heat and increase it to 210 C for five minutes.
