Bottle Gourd, Plantains & Prawns


Heat coconut oil and saute in it a stick of cinnamon, 3 green chilies and cumin. Add some prawns.

Once the color changes add chopped bottle gourd and raw banana. A couple of spoonfuls of coconut milk and lots of coriander. Cook covered on low heat for 15 mins.

Something light and yet so refreshing.
