Make a paste with
- 4 Green Chillies
- 10 Garlic cloves
- A bunch of coriander
- 1 tablespoon of black pepper
- A tablespoon of cooking oil and juice of one lemon.
- Some turmeric, chilly powder, coriander powder and salt.
Add to this 100 ml of coconut milk and a tablespoon of besan flour. Coat the fish in this batter:
Heat oil in a heavy pan. The entire base must be covered in it. When its hot add the fish and cook till its done. Turn only once. Usually takes no more than 4-5 mins per side for a slice about a centimeter thick.
