Sweet and Sour : Raw Mango with Jaggery

Heat some ghee. Crackle some mustard and coriander seeds in it.

Add raw mango pieces. Cook covered for five mins to soften them up.

Season with salt, chilly powder and turmeric. Drop in a couple of jaggery pieces. Switched off the stove and stir till they melts into it.

Serve hot or cold.
