In a blender just mash up an onion, lots of coriander, some green chilies, garlic pods and salt. Rub this on chicken legs. Massage in some oil and an egg yolk.
Heat a pan, add some oil. Place the chicken legs. Cook on high heat for 3-4 mins. Cook covered for 15 mins on low heat. Keep at it till the chicken is fully cooked. When the legs start releasing oil, the chicken is almost done. Use that moisture to deglaze the pan and finally finish it off on high heat so you get a lovely reddish hue.
