Snip the ends of the raw banana but don’t peel them. Immerse them along with some peas into boiling hot water. Add some turmeric. Cook covered after reducing the heat to low. Five minutes later switch off the stove but don’t uncover them just yet. Let them stay for another 10 mins.
Finely chop lots of coriander and a green chilly. Remove the banana’s and peas and after peeling the banana’s chop them up.
Run this thru a blender and add some besan flour. Season with salt. Mix it well.
Make into cutlets and shallow fry in oil. Do not use high temperatures as that will burn them. Be gentle and enjoy a very tasty and smooth treat.
