Tomato and Fresh Cottage Cheese

 

 

Split the milk using any acid like few drops of lemon juice.

Squeeze out as much of the whey as you can using a muslin cloth.

Chop up tomatoes and drizzle some olive oil on them. Cook for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add coriander and crumble the cottage cheese (Paneer).

Cook till you get the consistency you desire.
